We had a great time on VNV's North American Tour last year so we are very happy they are having us again. We can't wait to see you all in Europe!

2007 is starting off with a bang. We'd like to thank you all for your support and welcome all of our new friends. Our US tour is being routed and booked now and more information on that will be posted as soon as we have it. More than likely, the tour will start in the middle of February and end on March 16th.

Keep those remixes coming - the ones we've received so far are really cool!

Monday \| 07.24.06	Skyshaper Tour Update
	As you may know, the line-up for the Skyshaper tour has been changed slightly due to Seabound having to cancel. The new line-up is Covenant, Imperative Reaction, and Rotersand! We do not have any dates yet, however we know the tour will now begin in late September. More information will be posted as soon as it available.

IR Summer News

Imperative Reaction's debut album "Eulogy For the Sick Child" will be re-released by Metropolis Records on June 6th, 2006. The re-release will replace the out of print original version. The new version has been remastered and features three bonus tracks - "Life In The Walls" and "3 1/2 Minutes of Pain" are both previously unreleased tracks from the sessions that led to the debut album. The third track "Scorpio '06" features 'clean' vocals. The re-release features brand new artwork and includes lyrics for all of the songs.

The new IR album will be titled "As We Fall" and will feature more tracks than any of the band's previous releases. At this point, it looks like "As We Fall" will be released in the first week of September!

You may have noticed that the forums link has been removed from the main page. Due to increasing SPAM activity on the forum, it has been temporarily taken down for maintenance. The band hopes to have it back online as soon as possible. In the interim, the 'album progress' blog will be posted in the 'tour journal' section of the site.

IR will be making their first live appearance in Europe on June 3rd at the Agrahalle as part of Wave Gothik Treffen Festival '06. The band is very excited about this and hopes to see as many of you there as possible! Performance time will be early (4:30 PM) so be sure to be there in time to check out the show.

IR will be touring extensively in support of the new album. More news will be posted regarding dates will be announced in the coming weeks.

New Imperative Reaction Album + Eulogy Remaster

The new Imperative Reaction album (Title TBA) is coming along very well and will be finished by the end of May. This means the album will be released in September! The disc will feature 15 new tracks. For more information, a new forum section has been added for updates regarding the progress of the new album. In the meantime, the band's first album, "Eulogy for The Sick Child" will be remastered and re-released in June. The re-release will contain two unreleased tracks from the "Eulogy..." recording sessions and possibly a remix (more info. on that later this month). The album will also have completely new artwork which will include lyrics this time.

Wednesday \| 11.23.05	IR To Play With Tiger Army in February (UPDATED)
	Imperative Reaction has just been confirmed as the support act for a show with Tiger Army on Friday, February 3rd at House of Blues - Anaheim. This will be the first show of 2006 for IR and it will provide the band with the chance to try out some new material live. Tickets and additional show information can be found at Ticket Master

IR Signs On With Neuwerk!

The band is happy to announce that we will be working with
Neuwerk Music Management in Europe. The company will handle all bookings for the band within the European Territory. There are some things in the works for next year and we will post more when we have more information. If you would like to book IR in Europe, please contact Peddy Sadighi at Neuwerk. AM Only will continue to handle bookings for the band in the U.S.

Last Show Of The Year

The Antiviolence Benefit was a huge success and we'd like to thank everyone who came out to show their support for the cause. Also, all of the bands were amazing and we'd like to thank them as well! The Nightmare Before Bat's Day was a lot of fun and we'd like to thank everyone who attended as was involved with the event. We will be playing one more show this year on October 29, in Phoenix, AZ @ Chaser's. We're 99 percent sure that this will be the last show of the year for the band.

	We'd like to thank everyone who came out to The Key Club for the Antiviolence Benefit. The response was overwhelming! IR to Play AntiViolence Benefit

Imperative Reaction is slated to play the AntiViolence LA benefit on August 21st at the Key Club in Los Angeles. All proceeds go to The National Center for Victims of Crime and to offset Josh P's (Sam from Imperative Reaction's brother) medical expenses as he was brutally attacked on the Los Angeles Subway.
The live line-up includes System Syn, Babyland and STG as well as DJ sets from Hellraver (Terrorfakt), RevJohn (Das Bunker) and DJ Hydrogen.

Post Tour Update

IR would like to thank each and every one of you who came out early to the shows on the Formation tour. It was great getting to meet all of you!
The tour was a huge success and it wouldn't have been that way for the band without all of you. The band would also like to welcome all of the new forum members that have registered since the Formation Tour began.
The biggest bit of news at this point is, there will be a new single/remix E.P. that will feature 1-2 brand new songs along with remixes of songs from Redemption and possibly Ruined. The band is working on having this finished by the beginning of September which would mean it will be released sometime in November.
Work is continuing on the next IR album as well and things are starting to pick up speed. More news on that as we have it.
IR will be playing two shows this month in Colorado - The first one will be on Saturday, July 23rd at The Oriental Theater in Denver, CO and the second will be on Sunday, July 24th at Club Static in Ft. Collins, CO.
system syn's new album, postscript will be released on Metropolis Records on August 23! Ted Phelps produced the album during the first half of 2005.

	As you may have noticed, the Imperative Reaction site has been given a much needed overhaul. With this new design, we have added a tour journal that will be updated daily while we are on tour. We hope you enjoy the new format, as it enables us to deliver news and IR content much easier than before, and we have fixed a lot of bugs and browsing issues.
